A BRIEF BIO OF ATTORNey Matthew Lewis

After serving in the United States Air Force, Matthew became a Financial Advisor obtaining his FINRA licenses Series 66, Series 7, as well as his State of Ohio Life and Health Insurance License.

Attorney Lewis graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Walsh University and then earned his Juris Doctorate and Master’s in Taxation Degrees from the University of Akron where he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and the Ernest Karam Academic Excellence Award while in law school.

Attorney Lewis is a member of Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society for Business and Phi Delta Phi International Honors Legal Fraternity.

Attorney Lewis is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the OSBA Taxation Committee, the OSBA Elder Law Committee, and the OSBA Business Committee.

Attorney Lewis and his wife MaryJoyce enjoy volunteering with the Jackson Township Rotary helping to raise money for local high school student scholarships, community projects, and veteran support organizations.
